These terms apply to the Porch & Vale online store and purchases from Porch & Vale, operated by Rebateuto Online, LLC.
Use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt its operation, misuse another person's information or submit material you have no right to provide.
Before paying, review the exact version, dimensions, materials, included pieces, care information, delivery eligibility, currency and total. Accessories or surroundings in photographs are not included unless the description says they are.
We work to keep product and price information accurate. If a material price, availability or description error affects an order, we will contact you. We will not add a charge or substitute another item without your agreement. If we cannot supply the item as described, we will cancel it and refund the amount due.
You must be legally able to make the purchase and provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information. Available payment methods are those shown at checkout; the chosen provider's terms apply to its service.
An order confirmation records the order information received. Fulfillment and shipment updates may arrive separately. We may cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled, has no confirmed payment, uses an unsupported address, contains a material error or cannot lawfully proceed. Any refund due after cancellation will go to the original payment method.
We ship to eligible U.S. addresses as set out in the Shipping, Duties & Taxes policy. Standard shipping is included for supported street addresses in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC.
The Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy explains our change-of-mind restriction and remedies for incorrect, damaged, faulty, misdescribed, incomplete or undelivered items. That policy also explains product-specific written warranties. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms for future store use and orders. A later version does not remove rights attached to an earlier purchase.
