For an order, include the order number, the email address used at checkout and a short description of the issue. Photos of an incorrect or damaged item, missing parts and the packaging can help. If photos are difficult to provide, describe the problem in writing.
For a privacy request, tell us what you would like to access, correct or delete and provide the email address you used with the store. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, bank credentials or identity documents in your first message.
