We deliver to eligible street addresses in the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses, or destinations outside the United States. Availability can also depend on the product and exact delivery address.
Standard shipping is included in the listed price for eligible addresses in the contiguous 48 states and Washington, DC. Check the delivery address and complete total before payment.
Delivery times vary by item and destination. We do not promise one delivery time for the whole store. Any estimate shown for a product or order is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment.
Dispatch means the parcel has been handed to the carrier. A label or tracking number alone does not confirm that handoff. An order may arrive in separate parcels with different tracking numbers and arrival dates.
Check the recipient name, street and unit number, city, state and ZIP code before paying. If you notice an error afterward, email service@porchandvale.com as soon as possible. We will try to help, but an address change or carrier redirect is not guaranteed. If fulfillment can still be stopped, we may need to cancel the order so you can place it again with the correct address.
Email us with the order number and what happened. Keep the packaging and take photos where practical. If an order cannot be supplied or shipped, we will contact you and provide the remedy due, including cancellation and a refund when required.
A refund we owe does not depend on a supplier or carrier reimbursing us first. See the Returns, Refunds & Warranty policy for damaged, incorrect or incomplete items.
If sales tax is charged, it appears in the order total before payment. The amount can depend on the items, delivery address and rules that apply to the transaction. Listed prices are before tax unless expressly stated otherwise.
If checkout does not collect tax, the purchase is not necessarily exempt. A customer may have an obligation under applicable law. Porch & Vale is responsible for its own applicable tax reporting and payment obligations; this page does not claim registration in any particular jurisdiction.
We currently deliver only to supported U.S. addresses. If a carrier or another party asks you to pay an import or customs charge that was not shown for your order, send the notice to service@porchandvale.com before paying it.
Review the currency and complete total at checkout. If your payment account uses another currency, your payment provider may apply its own exchange rate or conversion charge.
